• Fixed prices for residential conveyancing irrespective of the sale price;
• Fixed prices for commercial conveyancing irrespective of the sale price;
• No additional fees for:
• dealing with banks
• attending settlement
• administrative services (photocopying, scanning, telephone calls, emails, etc) or
• undertaking the Verification of Identity (VOI) checks (where we undertake this process);
• Attendance at our client's home or workplace, at no additional charge, to undertake the VOI (if within a distance reasonable to us); and
• Updates regarding the progress of the matter;
• Information packs about the conveyancing process which includes moving checklists and other relevant information.

Most of the time things go to plan but sometimes they do not. When we are looking after the conveyancing process you can be assured that the matter is in good hands. Unlike conveyancers we are able to deal with any legal issues that arise during the conveyancing process. This gives us the unique ability to maintain continuity of the file throughout the process from standard conveyancing through to more complex conveyancing and legal issues such as:

• Contract drafting, review and advice;
• Undertaking property searches;
• Drafting of Form 1;
• Providing advice and issuing certificate of waiver of cooling off rights;
• Negotiating and drafting a License to Occupy (early access license);
• Drafting and serving a 'Notice to Complete' a contract of sale;
• Drafting and serving a 'Notice to Terminate' a contract of sale;
• Issuing legal proceedings for breach of contract and to recover any damages suffered as a result;
• Resolution of legal disputes;
• Drafting addendums to contracts; and
• Any other legal matters in connection to the property or conveyancing process.
