Karen Scasny, Solicitor
Our principal solicitor, Karen Scasny, is a qualified legal practitioner admitted to practice law as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia. Karen also participates in the continuing professional development program overseen by the Law Society of South Australia. Karen is also a member of the Law Society of South Australia, Women Lawyers Association (SA) the Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) network.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and Commercial Law and also holds first degree honours in Law and Legal Practice. Following many years practising in Adelaide (SA) based law firm, Stewart-Rattray Lawyers, Karen went on to establish Business & General Legal. Since establishing Business & General Legal, Karen has provided legal services 'with integrity' in a broad range of conveyancing, personal, business and commercial law transactions and can provide a turn key solution for her clients' legal needs. She has a keen interest and extensive experience in debt recovery / collection.
